The agreement below is effective the moment the customer signs up for web hosting services and payment is received, or creates an account with hostmela.
These terms of service may change during period of services offered. If any of these terms of service change, each customer will be notified via email of any changes for that customer to review. If a customer is violating one of the new terms of service, they will be given a 24hr notification to remove the material. If the content is not removed within the 24hr period from notification, your account may be suspended. Refunds will NOT be given.
Examples of unacceptable material on all Shared and Reseller servers include:

* IRC Scripts/Bots
* Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
* Pirated Software/Warez
* Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
* AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
* IP Scanners
* Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
* Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
* Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
* File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
* Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
* Escrow/Bank Debentures
* High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or Related Sites
* Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme)
* Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)

Hostmela offers a 30 day money back guarantee to any customer who signs up for shared/reseller web hosting. This gives you a chance to test out our services to see if they're right for you! If you are not happy with our services in a 30 day period, you will receive 100% of your money back excluding any set-up fees (if applicable).
Unlimited Hosting Policy:
Hostmela Hosting allocates our clients an unlimited amount of disk space and bandwidth but with restrictions. The unlimited disk space and bandwidth may only be used to store and transfer files relevant to the website being hosted. An account suspension may result if any non-relevant files are found on any clients account, or if any clients usage is causing server issues including, but not limited to: downtime, high load, and high memory usage.
Abuse Towards HMHosting:
Here at Hostmela Hosting, we treat our customers with much respect and in return expect to be respected. If we feel that you are being disrespectful or demeaning to any staff members, your account may be suspended. If suspended, you will be given one week (7 days) to move to a new host. You will NOT be entitled to any refunds on a prorata basis. Refunds may be issued for advanced payments.
Server Abuse/Customer Abuse:
Any attempted attack against any HMHosting server and/or customer being hosted by HMHosting will result in automatic termination of the offending account with NO refund including, but not limited to, no refunds for advanced payments, and a permanent banning of the offending customer/client.
Violating Our Policies
Failure to fully comply with HMHosting's policies will result in, but not limited to, an immediate suspension and/or termination without any refund. There will be no refunds for advanced payment. Whilst being hosted by HMHosting you must adhere to the policies listed above, as strict enforcement or action will be taken to any contravention of our terms and policies. If you are unsure about ANYTHING, please contact us via our customer support portal for clarification, and/or to avoid any penalties or infringing our terms of services and acceptable use policies.
We reserve the right to remove/suspend any account without notice if policy is violated. Our policy is if you violate our policy we will give you a warning or immediately terminate your account. No warning is required.
